Menstrual Calendar

FertilityFriend.com's Menstrual Calendar is a simple and easy to use calendar designed to predict your menstrual cycles and possible fertile days.

Simply enter the date of your last period and your cycle length to get started. The calendar will then display your predicted period start days as well as your expected ovulation and most fertile days in color.

With this App you can:

• Optionally record your intercourse data.
• Calculate your cycle length automatically based on your data or set it manually.

Detailed Usage

Color Coding & Cell Content

General Color Coding

Period Days (data you entered)

Predicted Start of Period (based on average or setting)

Predicted Fertile Days (based on average or setting)

Predicted Ovulation Day (based on average or setting)

Other Days

Each cell includes the date as well as the Cycle Day (CD) when appropriate.

Spotting

Spotting is displayed as a light pink dot on the left hand side of the Cycle Day data.

Intercourse Data

Intercourse data (when entered) is displayed at the top right corner of each cell as a colored dot. Blue for protected or Dark Red for unprotected. This display was designed to be discrete yet obvious to the regular user.

Navigation
You can go to the previous month or the next month using the arrows above the calendar or simply using a swipe move on the calendar.

Data Entry, Period and New Cycle
Double tap any day on the calendar to enter data (i.e. your period and optionally your intercourse data). To start a new cycle simply enter your period data. Note that cycles only start at full flow for better accuracy. If you experience spotting before your full period, the Menstrual Calendar will only start a new cycle when full flow is entered.
