Fertility Friend provides both a Mobile App access and a Web App access. If you lose your phone for example you can easily disable the App access by resetting your password on the web site.
When launching the app if your password or your email address was changed on the web site the following screen is displayed:
Tap the Reset Password link and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once this is done without errors go back to the App and tap the "Enter Your Password Button":
On the password settings screen enter both your email address and your new password then tap the Set button:
If all fails we recommend a reinstall of the App from the App Store. Please follow these steps:
Check your login info on the Web App.
If that works delete the App from your phone.
Re-download Fertility Friend from the App Store.
When you launch the app for the first time after re-install, select the "Login" option and use your existing credentials.
