Account not updated after order

I just ordered but my account does not seem updated. What should I do?

Please, cut and paste your e-mail receipt using our support form and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Make sure that your transaction ID is included.

Apple App Store Payment

First check your iTunes purchase history on your device to make sure that Apple actually processed the order and it did not fail on their side.

Your account is updated directly by Apple while you are using the App on the device you used to order the membership.

One way to trigger the update is to tap the Upgrade/Renew button just below the calendar on the App main page. Wait until the price list is displayed and stay there a few minutes or so. Please do not try to actually order anything though. Contact our support for further help.
