Your primary fertility signs are your cervical fluid and your Basal Body Temperature (BBT).
You can check your cervical fluid when you go to the bathroom by observing what you see and feel on the tissue when you wipe. Typically your cervical fluid will become thinner and stretchier as you approach ovulation. Record the most fertile cervical fluid that you see on a given day.
Take your BBT first thing in the morning, at the same time each day when you wake up, after a solid block of sleep, using a BBT thermometer.
