Introduction
Got married in April & been TTC since then. I'm 33, DH is 40ish :) It took us 6 months to finally get everything together & have a BFP! :)
Tests, Procedures, Medical consultations
We've consulted a couple of doctors but all they told us, I have already read here :) My age was a factor but I took the 1st Response Fertility test in June & it was such a relief to know I don't have any fertility issues. We asked if fertility supplements would help, they said no. My opinion & from my own experience, I think it does!
Trying-to-Conceive (TTC) experience
Got married 6 months ago (1st marriage & 1st time TTC). Started TTC since then. I only started using OPKs 3 months ago. In Sept. I got 4days of +s and BD around those days. I thought I got preg. coz I had really bad hunger pangs + bad abdominal cramps but AF came last day of Sept. & Preg. tests are BFN. Then around that time, I came across this website, fertilityfriend.com. I started taking BBT & charting. On the 5th day of my cycle, I started taking fertility supplements, tea & lubricant. DH also took fertility supplements the same time.
Charting Experience
I learned so much from this website, from charting to CM, ovulation signs, etc. The free chart is such a big help & it's interesting to look and compare with other women's BBT charts too. I always look forward to taking my BBT & plotting it on my chart here in fertilityfriend.
The Internet
Through the internet, I learned a lot of information about ovulation & the many factors that can contribute to a successful pregnancy -from charting, observing CM & other signs, to even products & supplements that can help boost fertility.
Other Thoughts?
It is frustrating when you're TTC and you get BFNs and false pregnancy symptoms. If I didn't get pregnant this month, I might have given up TTC! :) But, never give up because this website and seeing others' charts with BFPs help & inspire a lot. When you finally get a BFP, it feels unbelievable, nothing is impossible! :-)
