Introduction
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 3 years with no success.
Tests, Procedures, Medical consultations
We didn't want to have to go the fertility (drug) route so I tried acupuncture for a total of 6 months. Also on the recommendation of my acupuncturist went off of wheat and dairy. Instantly my menses became more regular and my hormones levelled out.
Trying-to-Conceive (TTC) experience
Even though I believe acupuncture, diet and losing a few pounds helped greatly in preparing my body for conceiving, it wasn't until this past month that I decided to take a month off "trying". I stopped doing my temps, didn't go to my weekly acupuncture appts. and just forgot about it and that I guess was just what my body needed. Sometimes it helps when your life isn't completely revolved around conceiving!
Charting Experience
I found this very helpful to get to know my body better!
Other Thoughts?
Don't lose hope. God is a miracle maker :) I have a wonderful group of people around me that have been praying daily for this to happen! Prayer works. God bless.
