Introduction
I got pregnant very quickly with my first child when I was 34. I am still nursing him, and did not get my period until he was about 14 months. I thought I would get pregnant quickly again after I got my period back, but it did not happen right away. I started using this software about 2 months ago (and was able to input 3 or 4 previous months of when my period was). The first month I used it I didn't get pregnant so I was sad. Then the second month I did! The software is so helpful in knowing my own body. I relied mostly on the temperature and ovulation tests because I couldn't really read my cervical fluid very well. Now my son is almost 22 months old and I am pregnant again (just a few days pregnant now!).
Tests, Procedures, Medical consultations
I had my physical a few days ago and we talked about trying for a few more months, weaning my first son and then I should seek a fertility specialist. My doctor also ran some tests for prolactin, thyroid and testosterone.
Charting Experience
I liked doing the charting. I like organizing things like this, so for me it was fun! It was hard to take my temp at the same time every day because my toddler wakes up at a different time every day. I also had a hard time reading my cervical fluid. But I did enjoy tracking.
The Internet
Getting quick information was very helpful. I seached information on temperature changes and on diet.
