1/28 - Laparoscopy - found & removed endometriosis on left ovary & bladder.
2/8 - RE Appt. 3 months of Lupron.

June to November - Tried on our own.

Told right tube was blocked during lap. Repeat HSG to confirm.
11/5 - HSG - stopped halfway through.
11/10 - Bloodwork and ultrasound.

RE wants to see Progesterone higher, start Prometrium - 100mg 2x per day.

Insurance will most likely not cover HSG under anesthesia.
Due to condition of left side and blocked right tube, RE is recommending IVF. Appt. 1/12 to discuss. No IVF coverage and RE's overhead costs, being referred to another RE for IVF.

2/24 - Appt. with new RE. Suggests HSG and/or Lap to try to unblock tube or IVF.

3/17 - HSG under anesthesia.
Right tube opened!

4/8 - CD3 labs and U/S.

LH - 7.1
FSH - 6.4

4/15 - CD10 - Pre-ovulation bloodwork and U/S. Good - big follie on left.
Progesterone - 1.7
E2 - 463
Prolactin - 6.6

4/22 - 7DPO bloodwork and U/S.
Progesterone - 16

4/27 - Progesterone check again. Progesterone - 7

4/30 -S/A
count - 130 million

5/5 - Re appointment to see what is next!

5/19 - Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, Cystoscopy and D&C.

5/26 - Follow up appointment with RE.

Cancelled until insurance matter gets resolved.
