  • Dx: Endometriosis with Laproscopy 07/09/03

  • Med: Clomid 100mg CD 3-7 with HCG trigger CD 12, Metformin 500mg bid, ASA 81mg qd, Prenatal MVI qd (formed three cysts, increased severity of Endometriosis) 08/03

  • DH SA borderline09/16/03

  • Dx:Severe Endometriosis, Large solid Cyst (endometrioma), 25% right ovary removed with Laproscopy 10/30/03

  • Med: Lupron Depot for six months, Metformin 500mg bid, Prenatal MVI qd, Flax seed oil 1000mg qd, Stopped ASA 11/03-04/04

  • Dx: Scant Endometriosis with Laproscopy, ALL meds stopped 08/26/04

  • DH SA normal12/16/04

  • CD 3 BW, no evidence PCOS 12/17/04

  • Started Zoloft 50mg QD, Prenatal MVI qd, Green Tea 3 cups/day AF-O, no evidence PCOS on U/S, 3cm endometrioma Right ovary, Five follicles Left ovary 02/11/05

  • Increased Zoloft to 100mg qd, with Prenatal MVI qd, stopped green tea 03/17/05

  • Started acupuncture 05/18/05

  • Taking a break10/12/05
