TTC#1- Since November 2003, off BCP Nov. 2003. No cycles- March 2003-prescribed Provera- no cycles- tested for pituary tumor (MRI), Blood work-up- all normal- no cycles. Sent to RE in May 2003. HSG- normal. Diagnosed with Amenorrhea- hypothalamatic and unexplained infertility. Only with follicle stimulating hormones will I cycle. Started injections-
cycle 1- Repronex- failed
cycle 2- Repronex, gonal-f, and pergonal- failed

cycle 3- Follistim- miscarriage
cycle 4- Repronex and estrace- failed
January 2005- Sonohystogram, S/A, and reconsult with RE.

Have a new RE!!! S/A awesome numbers! SHG all clear!! Same diag. as old RE, but new protocol for stim. First-
10 days of estrogen, then 10 more days of estrogen with provera and hope for AF!
cycle 5- Follistim and Repronex both SubQ this time!- Failed, but better response.
cycle 6- same meds and planned bding again.- failed

cycle 7- same meds with IUI- BFP!
beta= 162!!

TTC#2
Estrace for 21 days + Prog last five days to start cycle- 2/23/06
Start Repronex- 2 amps (150IU) each day.
Trigger on 3.29.07 and IUI on 3.31.07
Cycle #1 IUI- BFN
At baseline u/s a large cyst was found on my right ovary. I have to take bcps for a month and hope it goes away, so on an UNWANTED Break for a month...
Cyst is GONE!!
Cycle #2 IUI- 3 amps Repronex for 3 days, 2 amps for 3 days, follie scan on May 14. One follie= 10 and 22 small, so back to 3 amps a day until May 16th recheck u/s- Still small 12 and 11. Next u/s May 19th. UGH, still too small, 15, 15, and 13, lots of borderline ones so backing off to 1 amp per day to try to grow only the bigger ones and hope the little ones go away. Next u/s on May 21. Go time! Follies= 2-18s, 1-17, 2-15s, lining= 11! IUI on May 23! Come on BFP!
June 2- 10dpiui hpt= BFP!!!
June 4- 12dpiui hpt= BFP!!!! Beta= 132
June 6- Beta 2 at 14dpiui= 270
U/S scheduled for June 27

TTC#3--???
Consultation with RE on Sept. 17th
Started BCP, hoping my milk supply doesn't diminish!!!
