Trying since 1/2004

Dh was taking:
Grapeseed extract 200 mg
Vitamin C 1500mg
selenium 200mcg
L-Carnitine 1000mg
L-Arginine 2000mg
L-Glutathione 500mg
Dh taking a break and just taking multi-vitamin, grape seed extract and maca since we became pregnant.

I was Taking:
pre-natal vitamins and green tea extract pills. Starting 1st round Clomid 50mg 10/11 .Starting Metformin 1000mg 12/14.
Now just taking pre-natal vitamin, maca and Metformin 1500mg

4/20, 1st cycle trying fertility monitor
5/26, On 2nd cycle trying the monitor.
6/29, 3rd cycle with the monitor.
8/21, 4th cycle w/monitor
10/07,5th cycle w/monitor
11/11,6th cycle w/monitor
12/13,7th cycle w/monitor
1/13,8th cycle w/monitor
7/20-21 Day prog results: 1.2 no ovulation?
7/30-SA Done.High count but low morphology (5% strict). Rpt in 8 wks.
8/09-Provera started cd 42
8/26-HSG:Both tubes now clear.
CD20 & CD24-Follicular scan done;no dominent follies!
9/20-provera started cd31
9/16-2nd SA results improved!
Sperm Concentration was 69 mil;now 72 mil
Total # sperm cells was 317 mil;now 331 mil
Total # motile cells was 203 mil;now 225 mil
Sperm motility was 62%;now 68%
Morphology was 5%(strict)normal;now 9% normal

10/7 1st Clomid cycle 50mg days 5-9:
Follie scan cd 13,16, and 20:sz-15,17,then 25!
11/3-21 Day prog results: 11.0
11/09-1st cycle with Clomid a BFN!

11/12-2nd clomid cycle 100mg days 3-7
11/27-Got a peak on FM cd16
11/29-Had a follie scan on cd18- Per the Dr I was "overstimulated", and had alot of big follies, she thought 2 of them may had already collapsed.
12/7- Prog came back at 56.4!! WOW!!!!
We really thought this was it....but AF showed 12/13.

Not temping anymore due to stress!!
1/5-P4 was 43.4 (I think this was 7dpo)

Greg and I have decided to stop actively ttc, after 4 months of clomid and nothing. I really need to get the weight off that I have put on. We just need a break for awhile. I just can't take anymore BFN's month after month anymore. So until our break is over......bye

Ok here we are 6/05. I have since lost 30 pounds. I am just 6lb shy of my goal.I sure loved the break, still stressed, but nothing like it was before.

We conceived naturally the cycle of 7/4/05. We were blessed with a BFP, unfortanatley at 6 wks we were diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in me losing one of my tubes.I have to wait 3 months before ttc again. I am patiently waiting for this 3rd month/cycle to be over so we can move on.

December 05-Our 3 month hiatus is over and we are ready to jump back into the game

January 06-After our 1st month back in the game and I am falling apart! The fact that it was an annov cycle doesnt help either. I am going to try and focus on some other things for a few months, and we will see what happens.

01/06/06- I decided to have HSG for my piece of mind. I am so glad I did!! The one tube I have left was blocked by something. The tech was able to flush it out thank goodness. It was pretty painful but worth it! Hoping that does the trick. We are considering doing clomid again now?
