8/06 - waiting again cyst 3 cm, BFN
9/06 - 1st RE visit, tests all "normal", dh sa "excellent", cyst 18 mm, estrogen defficiency? BFN
10/06 - IUI #1= Follistim, Ovidrel,
Progesterone suppositories - chem pg
11/06 - Waiting cycle after m/c, TTC "o-natural" again - BFN
12/06 - IUI #2 - BFN
1/07 - IUI #3 - BFN
2/07 IVF CYCLE -

2/11 - Start BCP's

2/28 - Begin 10cc's Lupron

3/6 - Begin AF, 3/7 u/s "all clear" and 16 antral follies, endo 2.1, e2<20. Continue 10cc's Lupron.

3/10 - Decrease Lupron to 5cc's, Dh and I take Zithromax (1000mg), Begin 300iu's Follistim.

3/13 - B/W only. E2=229. Continue 5cc's Lupron, decrease to 225iu's Follistim, add 1 vial (75iu's) Repronex.

3/16 - rt ovary=13.5, 11.5, 10.5, 10, 10 and mult<10mm
lft ovary=14, 13, 12.5, 11, 10.5, 10 and 6<10mm

Endo=9

E2=1129, continue all meds as is

3/19 - rt ovary=18.5, 18, 17.5, 16, 16, 15.5, 15, 14, 12.5, 12.5, 12, 12, 11.5, 11, 11, 10, 10 and 4<10mm
lft ovary=17.5, 17, 17, 16.5, 16, 14, 13, 13, 11, 11, 10 and 8<10mm

E2=3765

Triggering tonight @ 9:15 pm

3/21 - ER, 19 Follicles retrieved, begin Estradiol (2mg) 2xday and PIO (1cc) injects in pm

3/22 - 12 Fertilized

3/24 - 3-day ET, transferred two 8-celled embies, "five to freeze", and bedresting for four days

4/2 - Had mild ohss right after er and it came back worse. Heading into re for b/w and u/s

4/3 - Unscheduled Beta - BFP!!!!! Beta 155 at 10dp3dt

4/5 - Repeat Beta - 370 :) Met w/doctor about draining fluid in liver, spleen, and ovarian/abdominal areas. Will wait and see because still only "moderate ohss" and not severe. I look 4 months pg, not 4 weeks, but I still LOVE IT! Progesterone "sky high", decrease PIO to 1/2 cc in pm.

4/11 - Beta 3396, Progesterone 334! All ohss symptoms subsiding. :) Off PIO injections, changing to suppositories 2x day, decrease Estrodial to 1mg 2xday.

4/18 - 8 am. U/S, IT'S TWINS!!!!
