Hey all, thanks for checking my chart!
This is our voyage to TTC#1, and I'm really hoping for a GIRL!

Me: 33
DH: 36
We have three spoiled cats.

We started our formal attempt in January 2009, after tracking temps since May.

In August, I was diagnosed Hypothyroid and with MTHFR polymorphism (I can't process Folic Acid into Folate which the cells can use). Have to take Folate instead!

Our attempt for a girl:

My PH: 4 range
DH PH: 7 range, trying to keep him there with cranberry and calcium/magnesium

Diet Plan:

I used to drink soy milk, but going back to the cow for the duration.
DH makes us a fruit/yogurt/rice protein smoothie every weekday morning.
Reduce red meat to near nothing, only organic to avoid hormones.
Increased leafy greens, dairy products
Avoiding bananas, potatoes, other high-potassium foods.
Reduce salt intake (buh bye, daily V8, hello cranberry juice!)
Allow fake sugars (Splenda, Nutrasweet)

I'm taking:

2000 Calcium 800 Magnesium
2000 mg Vitamin D
Massive amounts of L-methylfolate (equiv to 66x 800 mcg folic acid pills).
Thorne Prenatal
2500 mg cranberry
2000 mg Omega 3
100 mg B6
Acidophilus once a day
Sudafed for BD days
Whatever herbs my Acupuncturist puts in the jar. ;)

Lifestyle Choices

DH is wearing really sexy man-shorts instead instead of boxers
DH to steep in the hot tub daily, and take a hot shower
Regular exercise for us both 3 times a week, dance, yoga, walks, weights
Remove all toxic non-essentials from the house (thank the Lord Whole Foods has phalate-free bubble bath)

BD Plan

Missionary, or lady-on-top. Shallow, with no O for the lady. (Grrrr! Hope I can make it!)
Boinking until we can't boink no more!

Things that will probably Make No Difference, but You Never Know

Wooden Spatula under the bed and any other prospective BD furniture
Wearing a hematite ring and a hematite or rose quartz necklace or bracelet every day
Water fountain, hematite, and black tourmaline at each computer station
Ionizer filter and fountain in bedroom
Thinking lots of positive thoughts
Playing extra with my friends' and relatives' girl babies (maybe it'll rub off?)
Being active at FF and Ingender.
Always learning something new!
