Ignore all the temps prior to June 25. The a/c affected them. The general idea of the temps would be correct with the rise and the dips, but the large rise on June 25 isn't all that impressive.

I've been waiting 4 months for af. I am planning on having the e-tegrity test to check for the Beta 3 protein integrin that's necessary for implantation. Once the RE receives the kit and af arrives, I can stim. I've been waiting for af for the last several weeks, crampy etc... well, she made her appearance today, on Saturday of all days. On Monday, I'll call the RE and hope that we can just do a really high dose of clomid and we'll hope I ovulate and that the kit arrives in the next few weeks. Current plan is/was to do IVF in August. I need the e-tegrity results first and if I miss the opportunity this month, then we may have to wait until October for IVF when things slow down at school.

IVF # Failed in January. We did additional testing... karyotyping, MRI etc. and everything is normal. I've been taking gluc since mid-January, however, I didn't bother updating my chart. I also added Actos in April and I've been on Bromocriptine for elevated prolactin levels since about March (I think).

This will be my 4th gluc/clomid combo. I'll be taking 100mg again for my final clomid cycle. I'm scheduled for my injections class and after this cycle, it's on to injectables. Cd20 u/s showed nothing going on so I had the progesterone shot. On to injectables next cycle.

This is my 3rd gluc/clomid combo. I'll be taking 100mg this time. My u/s is cd13. Cd 3 temp 100.4 (adjusted) discarded due to fever and sore throat. Cd13 u/s showed 1 12mm follicle on the right and 2 follies on the left (19mm and 17-18mm). Progesterone- 23.6 Highest yet!

U/S on cd13 showed two small follies on the right ovary and nothing on the left. Estradiol was 70. Another U/S is scheduled for cd20. Cd20- nothing happening in either ovary so we are canceling this cycle. I had a progesterone shot to start af. I've decided to temp just to see how high my temps go and for how long while on p4 to end an anovulatory cycle. Lovely rise on cd21, but it means nothing! :-) ***** I did not O. The temp rise is from a progesterone shot. ***** :-)

I just ended a 51 day anovulatory cycle. Days 24-33 I took prometrium to induce menses and absolutely nothing happened. Cd51/Cd3 after a scan, progesterone and estradiol (74) b/w the RE decided to call this cd3. I will be taking 50mg of clomid "days 3-7" and this will be my first gluc/clomid combo. Progesterone- 14.9 (best yet)

Clomid cycle #5 50mg days 5-9 This is my first cycle on days 5-9. U/S on 7/22 showed 1 follicle @20mm. I have an u/s today, 7/24 to check for progress. My chart says that I O'd 3 days ago, but that's incorrect according to the u/s. We'll see what today's u/s tells us! O should be happening soon, however, OPK was lighter this morning than the two from yesterday. Progesterone- 9.? Today's u/s showed O. I'm guessing it was Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

Clomid cylce #4 100mg RE is monitoring this cycle. Cd 13-follies weren't ready. Cd 18-one follie might pull through. Cd25 will do another u/s to check progress. We cancelled the cycle. The follies weren't growing and the cycle was looking anovulatory.
