*RE Appt 8/29/08: Re Dx with PCOS. Great is there a gyno disease I DON'T have? Thinks DH's morph is very "real". Wants me to do South Beach diet and IUI

*4/14/08: Lap surgery perfomed. Found and removed two spots of endo and 1 cyst.

*3/27/08: PCOS ruled out by FSH/LH b/w
-MRI and chart confimed O this cycle, Progesterone level at 18.6 good/bad normal?
-DX Adenomyosis from MRI
-Still suspect Endo-Lap scheduled April 14
-11/07: U/S showed pocket of fluid-ruptered cyst. Right ovary hurts and 'pulls' ever since. Dr. Suspects Endo or PCOS
-Went off BCP 8/07. Been on since 1995
-2006: Pre-cancer on cervix, cone biopsy

-2005:LAP, showed *tiny* suspected Endo.
Married since '03. TTC #1
