 All my signs suggest ovulation (wet cervical fluid, increased sex drive, tender breasts) but my temperature has not risen and ovulation is not detected on my chart. ---------------------------------- cycle 7, 1st round of Clomid 100mg 8-12 cd14: u/s at ob, 2 follies in left ovary, bigger one is 28mm and supposed to be ripe anything from tonight to 2 days. Second one is about 2 days smaller cd20: dying battery, changed
--------------------------------------------- cycle 8, 2nd round of Clomid 100mg 5-9 cd11: follie scan on Thursday, 3 follies in right ovary, 1 is 21mm and 2 are 18mm, bd advice Sat through Tue cd17: follie scan on Wednesday, only 2 dominant follies now, 28mm and 26mm, ready to pop soon, and there were also 3 smaller ones, about 18mm, we are to continue bd for 3 more days cd31: I have a genious girlfriend, who noticed that my temps are way lower if the outside daytime temp on a day was lower than the days before. We checked the weather history for my area, and low and behold I discarded the 3 days AFTER the days with low outside temperature ... and voila, cd21 for o date on FF and ovusoft cd32: update ob apptm, unfortunately my lining is only 11mm - ob is pretty sure I'm not pregnant this cycle.
--------------------------------------------- cycle 9, 3rd round of Clomid 100mg 5-9 pg but m/c cd13: only one leading follie of 22mm on the right side, surrounded by 3 "baby" follies of about 10-12mm, but those are basically out. Lining was 8.9mm which is great. cd14: OPKs finally arrived :-) sigh ..., 2:00 pm, both lines equal in color; 6:00 pm, test line way darker than control line; 10:00 pm, test line double intensity of control line
cd15: 7:30 am, opk even darker; 9:00 am, u/s with ob, 22mm follie grew to 28mm (right side) and there is a NEW follie of 39mm on the left, worrying me, as it must be a cyst ... ob will see me on Friday cd17 again and probably even on Monday, very bad pain in abdomen in the evening/night cd16: a bit better but still hurting and very bloated cd17: the cyst must have burst Wednesday or Thursday when I was so in pain, it has collapsed and we could only see the collapsed 3 cells ... great news as it won't hinder me to continue the C! Even better, ob was able to confirm o as the 28mm follie was gone too. Will start P and baby aspirin today (ASS 100mg, Progesterone 2x100mg). Dh will get a s/a next week. cd22: discarded due to waking without covers on cd25: discarded as up half the night due to both kids cd26: I MAY be seeing lines on SOT and fertilinet within the time frame. The SOT one now looks like an evap though. Too scared to mark my chart before I get more conclusive results. I was hoping for a + OPK, but nope. At least it does have a second line at all, not like a few days ago where I only got an evap hahaha ... cd27: both SOT and fertilinet are positive, with SOT being nice and not so faint ... my OPK is positive too but if I mark it the software takes my coverline/o date away :-))) ... looks like we are set!!! cd29: 14dpo - discarded due to major weather change + lost sheets ... no breakfast, no dinner, almost puked at midnight cd30: 15dpo, nausea, ligament pain, fatigue, test line is way darker which makes me all very happy cd36: scared to death, my fertilinet hpt was very faint this morning, another name brand early tests from the pharmacy too, and the lunch and afternoon ones were blank - will see the ob tomorrow 9.30am cd37: 22dpo, u/s releaved my uterus is empty, lining hasn't grown, urine test was negative, beta got drawn, results by Fri or Mon, stopping the P to start bleeding as soon as possible

cd11: u/s shows on the left side (last cycle right side) two follies, the bigger one probably 19mm, so the smaller one should be 15-16mm. No cyst this time. Fabulous lining of 8.8mm. cd13: severe ovarian pain, both sides. Hopefully not a new cyst developing! cd14: more ovarian pain, both sides cd15: ovarian pain subsided, really confused though as I've never had opks this faint (almost blank) for so long, especially not combined with ewcm ... I guess tomorrow's u/s will help a bit cd16: u/s, both follies on the left are gone, according to doc just popped the last few hours as no temp rise yet, AND he found another 30mm follie on the right ... about to pop ... this one is new, so hopefully it IS a follie and not a cyst! I did have ovarian pain on both sides so I'm not too surprised. Told him about the neg OPKs, but he doesn't know either how that could have happened ... maybe an extra short surge as I only tested once/day due to daytrips all weekend ... weird! Today's 11am and last night's 10pm are darkest, with about half intensity of control line ... cd17: obviously a dip, not a temp rise ... I think I o'd around 4:00pm cd16, so there MUST be a rise by tomorrow! this cycle's OPKS: cd18: took temp, very low, changed battery and compared ... ugh ... huge difference ... gotta love battery changes around o - well luckily this o was confirmed via u/s and opks ... cd26: I think I see something on the SOT and the $tree test cd27: SOT is better today, but still not completely convincing, $tree was a different kind of test and a bit fainter than yesterday ... OPK was with nice second line but still very negative cd28: todays SOT, $tree, OPK and fertilinet convinced me I didn't imagine lines!!! I'm pregnant again! wahooooooooooo! Now stick little baby/ies ... cd30: ob's urine test was + too 16dpo: ob did u/s and thought he saw something ... I changed doc's in the afternoon (tried out a new one and love him), and his u/s didn't show anything. Got betas drawn and will get result of 16dpo and 20dpo beta Monday evening. Next u/s next Thursday (in a week, makes it 5w 2d)
