How do I enter my period?

To enter your period or any other fertility signs you can use one of the following methods:

• Click on your chart: If you are using the chart interface you can click on the corresponding day to get to the data entry page for that day.
• Click on your calendar: Clicking on the date on the calendar will also let you enter your cycle data.
• Menu Data: The enter data option in the data menu will similarly bring you to the data entry form.

Once the data entry form is displayed, you can enter your period data under the "Menses/Spotting" field.
