How do I change my cycle start date?

If you entered an incorrect date for the start of your period you can adjust it easily: pull down the menu Cycles and use the "Change A Cycle Start Date" option. Please note that this operation does not "move" data. It is only intended to notify the charting software of the date at which your cycle starts.
