How do I change my cycle start date?

If you entered an incorrect date for the start of your period you can adjust it easily: pull down the menu Data/Cycle management/Change Start Date on the desktop site or the Mobile Chart Management feature.

Please note that this operation does not "move" data. It is only intended to notify the charting software of the date at which your cycle starts.
